- Notify the Second Party: An immediate notification is sent to the second party upon completion of the deposit, reassuring them of the financial guarantee.

- Partial Transfer: The amount can be transferred in stages according to the progress of the work.
- Full Transfer: The full amount is transferred after the successful completion of the service.
- Refund: In case of disagreement or breach of conditions, the amount can be returned to the first party.
- Mutual Consent: Once the amount is deposited, it cannot be handled without the consent of both parties. If one party requests a partial or full transfer, it requires the approval of the other party to ensure transparency and fairness.
